You may be wondering: how does a virtual appointment work? 


Catherine Deane's virtual appointments give you the opportunity to still feel loved, seen,

heard and supported through your bridal journey.


At your virtual appointment we get to meet you online via Microsoft Teams to hear about your

wedding plans and dream bridal outfit.


During this 30 minute consult you will virtually explore the collection with us as we recommend dresses

based on feedback of your favourite styles and what you'd feel most confident in.


After receiving the dress that you pick in the first virtual appointment we can do a follow up virtual consult to

answer any final questions regarding alterations or adjustments where necessary.


We know what an honour it is to assist you, and our bridal stylists will try their best to help you in finding your dream dress or outfit.

They're experts at listening and have successfully helped many brides online, so you can trust that you will be taken care.


Our hope is that you can leave the appointment knowing that you are beautiful and valued.


Virtual Appointments cost £10 for a 30 minute meeting online,

there is a 72 hour cancellation period for a full refund.
